Importing raw data from external services

As you know, Entity+ allows you to connect or import your content data created by you from other sources, in order to improve the quality and accuracy of your Entity, not only for knowledge but also for your way of expressing yourself.

The raw data used to generate Entity, Entity+ or You, is destroyed, as once it is used to grow your Entity and improve it.

The only data that, by default, is configured not to be deleted is the "Entity" data (the audios you upload), but you can change this in your preferences as well.

However, all this is configurable in preferences.

If you are interested in obtaining data from your services to feed your entity, most of them offer options to download your data.

Here's how you can do it for some of these services:

LinkedIn:

  1. Click the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.

  2. Click Settings & Privacy.

  3. Under the "How LinkedIn uses your data" section, click "Get a copy of your data".

  4. You can choose whether to download all of your data or to select specific data categories for download.

Gmail:

  1. In your Google Account, you can see and manage your info, activity, security options, and privacy preferences to make Google work better for you.

  2. You can review and adjust some privacy options now, and find even more controls if you sign in or create an account.

  3. Go to the Data & Personalization page.

  4. Scroll down to "Download or delete your data," and click "Download your data".

  5. Select the data you want to include, and follow the prompts to complete the process.

Twitter:

  1. From your Settings and privacy, go to the Privacy and safety section.

  2. Go to Your Twitter data.

  3. Enter your password and click Confirm.

  4. Click on the Request data button. If your Twitter account is connected to Periscope, you’ll have the option to Request data from Periscope as well.

  5. When your download is ready, Twitter will send an email with a link to your download.

WhatsApp: WhatsApp doesn't provide a direct way to download all data, but you can export individual chats.

  1. Open the individual chat you want to export.

  2. Tap More options > More > Export chat.

  3. Choose whether to export with media or without media.
